    Just the worst service imaginable. The lady who works behind the counter in the parts section is just horrible every time I go in. I've been going here for a while and I go out of my way to avoid if possible. Unfortunately sometimes they are the only ones who stock the parts I need. I even brought thousands in equipment from here and I wish I'd taken my money else where. As soon as you've brought something their care factor about the product vanishes. If you have the option go anywhere else. I just can't get across how bad the service is. Check out the other reviews and you get a clear picture.

    Their bad & nonexistent customer service extends further…you see..my Dad & uncle had accounts there. They never call you when parts arrive and it can take 45mins or more for an employee to get something simple as a fuel filter from them. It cost our business money to have employees that we pay by the hour sit around and wait to be served by these Jokers.
    My Dad does not use his account in that shop anymore and neither does my uncle
